The binding of such nutrients will improve flexibility and fluidity of one’s blood vessels.

Promote Weight Loss. Soy milk has a lower sugar content level compared to regular milk. The milk of a cow has nearly 12 grams of sugar each cup opposed to only seven grams of sugar that can be found in soy milk. Therefore, a cup of soy milk has just eighty calories. Soy milk also has monounsaturated fatty acids that can hinder your fat intestinal absorption that can promote weight loss.
