Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome Definition and Symptoms
Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, LGS, is a very rare form of childhood onset epilepsy. Most children are normal developing when first diagnosed and slowly begin to lose skills. Symptoms include behavioral issues, personality disturbances, poor social skills, difficulty interpreting information, and electrical disturbances in the brain as well as frequent, dramatic, seizures.
