Inguinal Hernia Definition and Symptoms
Inguinal hernia is when soft tissue protrudes through the abdominal walls. This causes a painful bulge in the stomach or intestines. Symptoms include a bulge in the area of the pubic bone, pain in the groin, increased pressure in the abdomen, a dragging sensation in the groin, pain and swelling in the testicles, a burning in the bulge, and weakness in the groin.
