Hydronephrosis Definition and Symptoms
Hydronephrosis is when one kidney becomes swollen due to abnormal drainage of urine from the kidney. Usually only one kidney is affected. Symptoms include fever, urinary tract infection, pain when urinating,, pain in the abdomen, and urgency of urination.
