Gastroparesis Definition and Symptoms
Gastroparesis is when the muscles in the stomach don’t function normally. The muscles work poorly or not at all, which prevents the stomach from emptying correctly. Symptoms include vomiting, a feeling of being full after only eating a small amount, abdominal bloating, heartburn, lack of appetite, and weight loss/malnutrition.
