Fatigue Definition and Symptoms
Fatigue is a general lack of energy, and is not the same as sleepiness, however it is typically accompanied with the desire to sleep. Common causes include alcohol use, inactivity, medications, illness, unhealthy eating habits, caffeine use, excessive physical activity, lack of sleep, and depression.
