Multiple Myeloma is a type of cancer that attacks the blood of a person. Sometimes, it is called myeloma and it is a very dangerous hematological cancer that can kill a person. This type of cancer disease starts to develop when the plasma cells start to show abnormality in the process of producing antibodies. Antibodies are necessary in the body of a person because in prevents several types of illnesses and infections. However, when plasma cells are already dominated by the effects of multiple myeloma, it will turn in to malignant myeloma cells and will no longer produce antibodies. As a result, several changes in the health status of a person will start to arise and multiple myeloma will already start to develop its harmful effects which are similar to the effects of a typical bone marrow cancer. 1. Anna Held
Anna held was a famous stage performer in Poland. This lady was a daughter of a Jewish couple who were managing a glove-making business. However, when their business started to experience several problems, the parents of Anna Held decided to transfer in Paris, France to look for a better opportunity. And in that country, she started her career as a stage performer with flirtatious look. After several years of performing in front of her fans and admirers in the different parts of the globe, Anna Held started to experience health problems. In 1918, she collapsed in the middle of a stage while performing and that was the time that her multiple myeloma was detected for the first time. After few months, Anna Held died because of its severe effects.
2. Adelle Davis
Adelle Davis was a famous American nutritionist and author in the past. Most of her unforgettable accomplishments include specific nutritional stances for dietary supplements, vitamins and unprocessed foods. Fame starts to grow in her image as a person in the period of 1960s and 1970s. She was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 1973. She suffered for almost one year and she died in her home because of the worst effects of this hematological cancer in her body. During that time, her age was already 70 years old.
3. Caro Jones
Caro Jones was a casting director and a famous American actress who made a lot of contributions in the overwhelming success of the television industry in America in the past. Her accomplishments are composed of 1000 projects divided into televisions shows, films and theater productions. All of these projects were accomplished by her after spending forty years in the activities of American television industry. It was September 3, 2009 when she died in Los Angeles because of multiple myeloma. Caro Jones suffered from this illness for almost fourteen years and she was very strong because she reached the age of 86 even while suffering from this harmful hematological cancer. She was buried in the forest lawn memorial park of Glendale after her death.
