1. Michael Fred Phelps II
He was born in June 30, 1985. He was a retired American Swimmer and he gained 22 medals so he was recognized as the most adorned Olympian in all swimming competitions. He was an Olympic Gold Medalist, Olympic Medalist and an Olympic Gold Medalist. He got the first place in the competition when he won the eight gold medals in the Beijing Games in 2008.
Despite this success, he became one of the famous athletes who have ADHD. Since this is a mental disorder, he took psychiatric treatments in order to alleviate the signs and symptoms of it. He was advised to take his medicines regularly to avoid complications. His parents and friends helped him to recover from this mental disorder.
2. Winston Churchill
Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill is a British political leader and he became the UK’s Prime Minister. He served the country with dedication and loyalty from the year 1940 to 1965 and he won the position for the second time and he ruled from 1951 until 1955. He was born in November 30, 1874 and he died in January 1965. His was recognized as one of the wartime leaders during the twentieth century. Aside from that, he also became an officer in the British army, an artist, historian, and a writer. He was a very smart man because in all British Prime Minister, he was the only one who won the Literature Novel Prize.
Winston suffered from Dyslexia and ADHD that made him weaker. But, with the help of his family and doctor, he was able to survive. When his mental condition came back to normal, he resumed and governed the United Kingdom. Due to several health conditions that he acquired, his body started to get weaker. However, the residents of United Kingdom will never forget all of the things that he made for them and to their countries.
3. Carl Lewis
Frederick Carlton or Carl Lewis was a former American track and field athlete. He was also the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador for several years. He was born in June 1, 1961. Actually, he gained 10 medals from the World Championship, and 9 gold medals from the Olympic competition. His career as an athlete lasted from 1979 to 1996. In 1979, he gained his very first achievement in the World Ranking and he got his last Olympic title in 1996. Then, he decided to leave his athlete career in the same year.
Dyslexia and ADHD are two of the health issues that Carl Lewis acquired. He suffered from ADHD when he was a child. He started to suffer from dyslexia when he was a teenager. He and his parents got alarmed from this mental and physical disorder. Carl had undergone several treatments to recover. Even though he survived from these health issues, he was advised to continue his treatment routines although he is completely cured and free from any signs and symptoms of those diseases in order to keep his body strong and free from illnesses.
