Too much consumption of foods that have high fructose corn syrup will relatively lead you to increase the chance that you may experience bad cholesterol levels, hypertension and fat related diseases. High fructose corn syrup will not just make gain more weight but it can also lead your heart obtain fats.

3. Foods and drinks with high fructose corn syrup can also cause some internal organs damage such as liver damage. High fructose corn syrup will relatively cause damage to your liver. Too much consumption of foods and drinks with high fructose corn syrup can relatively reduce the ability of your liver to release some toxins.

4. Some study shows that High fructose corn syrup has mercury. A study shows that almost 50% of Mercury was found in the component of high fructose corn syrup. Mercury is not good for the human body. Too much exposure to this chemical because of high fructose corn syrup can lead a person to have some serious medical problems such as irreversible nervous system and damage in the brain.
