Chronic Sinusitis Definition and Symptoms
Chronis sinusitis is a fairy common condition in which the cavities around the nasal passages (sinuses) become inflamed for eight weeks or longer despite attempts to treat. This condition interferes with the drainage and causes mucus build up. Symptoms include nasal congestion, reduced sense of smell and taste, ear pain, difficulty breathing through your nose, pain or tenderness around the eyes, and sore throat.
