Bluging disc lumbar is a reduction in the collective ability of the discs in the lumbar spine to withstand pressure from other vertebrae usually having one or more disc walls out of their normal places. The symptoms include; pain, tingling, and numbness in the chest, shoulders, arms, hands and fingers. More severe cases may cause pain to spread anywhere from the chest to the upper thighs. A bulging disc in the lower back can also lead to sciatica.
