BodyPump is a fitness program that is solely weight based. The classes are usually 60 minutes long and uses mid sized weights with lots and lots of repetition in order to provide optimal results. BodyPump workouts give you a complete full body workout of all of your major muscle groups, this also translates into calorie burning.
