Urethral Stricture refers to any form of narrowing of the urethra for any reason. Whether or not the narrowing restricts urine flow is insignificant. Symptoms include difficulty when starting urine flow, painful urination (dysuria), Urinary tract infection, incomplete emptying of the bladder, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, discharge from the urethra, and reduced ejaculation force.
