Woods became the most popular golfer although he suffered from a certain kind of disability. He was able to fight and overcome his condition through continuous practicing and hard work. With his mother’s help and love, he corrected his stuttering problem completely.

She suffered from dyslexia during her childhood which can almost stop her from being a writer. Alan Shepard
He was recognized as the first American who traveled in the outer space. He was so determined to fulfill his career which had been in its peak when his doctor confirmed that he had Meniere’s disease which is a disease that commonly affects the inner portion of the ears. However, he did not let his condition affect his career and his whole life. He had undergone a surgical operation in order to cure his disease and after few years, he resumed his career and he came back in exploring the space. He became the eldest astronaut at the age of 47and he was called the Apollo 14’s commander.
Aron Lee Ralston
He gained his popularity after he suffered from an accident. He was an exceptional mountain climber and during the time that he joined a trekking event in Utah, a boulder crushed Ralston’s right arm and it pinned his arm to the wall of the canyon. He stayed there for five days as he tried to make himself free. He recorded what was on his mind as he thought his life was about to end during that time. He amputated his own arm by using a knife which is not the tool used in an operation. He managed to go up back and he was seen by the rescuers. His experience didn’t stop him from continuing his interest.

He was also one of those people who were able to defeat their difficulties in life for being patients with disabilities. He suffered from a learning disability which made it hard for him to recall even the most ordinary things. He was thought to be a person with dyslexia. He was able to meet his ambitions in life and he became one of the most popular scientists of all time. He did not let his condition affect and ruin his entire life which led him to fame and success.
