There is no set dosage of chia seeds to eat at any given time, since the correct dosage really depends on your body type and on what type of nutrients it requires. Every bag usually contains around 500g of seeds and as such, it can usually last about a month.
If you are, however, consuming chia seeds so that you can fight hunger and prevent getting full, you are probably going to need to eat a little bit more of them, so that you will be able to actually fight hunger and not starve yourself. It is incredibly safe to eat chia seeds, so you don’t really have to worry about eating a lot of them, you just need to worry about the money they cost you at the end of the month.
When Should You Eat?
There is no preferred time to eat chia sees as well, since they are so incredibly safe, you can pretty much eat them at any time you’d like to. There are, however, small tricks to make the most out of your chia seeds. For example, if you are going to work out, it is probably a good idea to eat some chia seeds right before it, or to get them into your bottle of water that you’ll use during the workout. To lose weight, for example, it is a good idea to eat chia seeds in the morning and before every meal. They are going to give you nutrients and at the same time, they are going to fill you up so that you feel so hungry during the meal itself.
