Ways to Relieve Gallbladder Attacks

Pure Apple Juice–Make sure that you drink warm, pure and natural apple juice right away as pectin can help soften the stones. You can lie down on your left side and continue to sip up to one quart.
Heating Pad–One of the best home remedies for gallbladder attacks is the use of heating pad, hot water bottle or get a hot bath with Epsom salt.
Apple Cider Vinegar–Drink one fourth to one half cup of apple cider vinegar slowly.
Lemon Water–Drink lemon water for the rest of the day, two quarts with purified or distilled water.
Diet–No matter what you do, you must never eat anything except fresh fruits. Pears and apples are great.

When you are in pain, food is only going to worsen the inflammation unless you will eat something that can be digested easily. Vegetable soup will also be a great thing to eat.

The main reason why all of these will work is because once your gallbladder is loaded with gallstones, there will no longer be sufficient flow of bile from the liver to the gallbladder.
Lemon, vinegar and apple juice can all help in creating more bile flow through stimulating the liver. And once these home remedies for gallbladder attacks have completely eliminated the pain, see to it that you also stay away from:

1. All dairy products, such as ice cream, milk, cheese and yogurt
2. All fried foods
3. All sugar, particularly soda
4. All junk foods, particularly pizza, donuts and potato chips
5. All hydrogenated oils, commonly found in the processed foods.

These are the home remedies for gallbladder attacks that you always have to bear in mind to avoid experiencing this kind of pain.
