Halitosis is also known as bilateral tonsillar swelling, blowing nose ineffectual, breath smells unpleasant, bridge of nose abnormally high, bulging tympanic membrane, feeling of throat tightness, fetor hepaticus, flaring of alae nasi, food comes down nose, pain of nose, photoptarmosis, problem blowing nose, reverse sneezing, uremic breath, and variation in patency of nasal airway. This excludes foreign body in throat (933.0). This applies to choking sensation, feeling of foreign body in throat, halitosis, mouth breathing, and sneezing.
